Puppy Purchase Agreement and Health Warranty
Under NO circumstance are puppies from us to be resold without first contacting us. If for some reason you cannot provide a loving home for your puppy please contact us and we will try to assist you in rehoming your puppy to a loving new home or the puppy can be returned to us at your expense. No refunds will be made.
Reserving and receiving
Before your puppy is shipped or picked up - we want to make sure that the puppy is going to a home where he or she will be loved and cared for. Once you have made a payment we will contact you to do a short interview and have you fill out a questionnaire. If for any reason we feel like the puppy will not be able to thrive in your home we reserve the right to refuse the sale. In this case your full payment will be refunded.
By law puppies can not be transported under the age of 8 weeks. Once you have picked a puppy and placed the payment to reserve it we will love it for you until 8 weeks and then coordinate the shipping, delivery, or pick-up date and details with you, so that you can start loving your new puppy. If for some reason you become unable to provide the puppy with a loving home or change your mind before the puppy is 8 weeks old we will refund 75% of your payment. In the event that the puppy becomes unfit for sale we will refund 100% of your payment.
During this time we will do our best to keep you updated on the puppy. We do our best to give you a weekly update from the time that you pick your puppy till you have him or her in your arms.
Health and wellness
Our goal is to provide healthy puppies that will give and receive love for many years. Although many of our puppies are breeding and show quality, we do not guarantee them as such. They have received appropriate vaccinations and worming (as per the Medical Record you will receive with the puppy). We guarantee them against viruses for 72 hours from the time they leave us. Our warranty is valid for one year from the puppy's date of birth for hereditary or congenital defects that would interfere with your puppies ability to live a normal life.
We suggest that you establish veterinary care for your puppy within five days of your puppies arrival. in the event that your veterinary finds and certifies in writing that the puppy is unfit for purchase, the puppy can be returned to us, at your expense, within one week of the veterinary visit for a replacement puppy if one is available, or the price of the puppy will be refunded. To keep this warranty valid your puppy must receive the proper care, nutrition and standard routine and preventative care. We do not guarantee any health issues or loss of life due to reactions caused by vaccinations, flea or tick prevention via any means of administration, nor losses caused by the owner's negligence including ingestion of poisons or foods known to be toxic to dogs.
No replacement or refund for temperament will be given, as this is primarily environmental and the buyer's responsibility. Proper nutrition, exercise, grooming, training and socialization of your puppy are all part of being a responsible pet parent and have a bearing on the end result of a sound adult dog. We cannot stress the importance of this enough.
We are not liable for any veterinary, transport, or incidental expenses incurred by the puppy buyer. Only a replacement puppy or the purchase price of the puppy shall be refunded if a health issue should arise. In the unfortunate even that your puppy/dog succumbs to a congenital disorder within one year of it's birthdate we will need documentation from your veterinary including an autopsy report (at your expense) verifying the cause of death before we will replace or issue a refund.
Buyer assumes all responsibility for the puppy once it leave our premises or if being shipped once the puppy has been received.
